Our pilots are FAA part 107 licensed and we carry 1 million dollars in liabilty insurance. Failing to use a FAA part 107 licensed pilot can subject the business contracting that pilot substantial fines from the FAA. Always request evidence that the pilot is Part 107 licensed and can provide an insurance certificate!

We ideally would like one week notice prior to a scheduled shoot. However, if you require our services more quickly, we will make every effort to work within your schedule.

Should weather conditions not allow for a safe flight or for example, sky conditions and clouds don’t meet your needs, we will reschedule for the next best day that the weather allows.

Your complete satisfaction with our service is priority one. If we fail to meet your needs or failed to understand your goals, we will schedule a re-shoot at no additional cost.

SkyTec Aerial accepts checks, credit card, Zelle or ACH payments. You will receive an invoice reflecting the agreed upon quote when the shoot is complete and a receipt once payment is submitted.

We are committed to providing high quality imagery. We shoot photos in RAW (DNG) format and film in either MP4 or MOV format. Videos are delivered in beautiful 4K resolution and photos in JPEG.
